Q. If I order something, can I return it if it doesn't fit?

A. We do offer sample sizing in our store in the Euless/Colleyville area in case you are concerned about any of the garments. As long as the garment / bag is NOT customized, exchanges are not a problem. Please contact the shop directly for details. (info to the right of the website)

If you call or email ahead of time, we can have the item(s) pulled and ready for you to try on to save time and work with your schedule.

Q. How do I note the name that I want printed on the garment(s)?

A. Once the "CUSTOM" garment has been added to the cart, the checkout page will display a "NOTES" section where you will note proper spelling of the name. You can also look at the "HOW TO CUSTOMIZE ITEMS" product for a visual

Q. How does delivery and pickup work?

We will post delivery dates and pickup dates once the school has released them

Q. If I want to add a name on something later in the year, is that possible?

A. Yes, that is absolutely available, contact the shop directly for more details.

Q. If I forgot to order the "Custom Name" item but still want my kid's name on their uniforms, what do I do?

A. We do plan for this so, there is a "ONLY CUSTOM NAME " product available for purchase. What you would do is add that to the cart (how every many items you need customized) then specify in the "NOTES" section during checkout which items get the names (if not all do) and also put the name you would like printed again.
